- General Provisions
JULIKSI (Jurnal Informatika dan Sistem Informasi) is a scientific journal that publishes research results, conceptual studies, and innovations in the fields of Informatics, Information Systems, and related technologies. Submitted articles must be original, unpublished, and not currently under review in another journal. - Article Scope
Articles accepted include, but are not limited to:
- Software Engineering
- Information Systems and Enterprise Architecture
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Data Science and Big Data Analytics
- Information Security and Computer Networks
- Internet of Things (IoT) and Distributed Systems
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Usability
- Decision Support Systems and Business Intelligence
- Web Technology and Mobile Computing
- Information Systems Audit and IT Governance
- Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts must be structured systematically with the following structure:
- Title (max. 15 words, clear and specific, must include methods and objectives)
- Author Name, Affiliation, Email
- Abstract (For Indonesian-language articles, an abstract in Indonesian and English, 150–300 words)
- Keywords (3–5 keywords)
- Introduction
- Literature Review (optional)
- Research Methodology
- Results and Discussion (may be separated)
- Conclusion
- Future Work (optional)
- Bibliography
- Writing Format
- Manuscripts must be written in Indonesian or English, observing proper grammar.
- Must follow the JULIKSI (Jurnal Informatika dan Sistem Informasi) journal template.
- Article length: 5–12 pages.
- Use Times New Roman font, with a size of 14 pt for the title, 10 pt for the bibliography, and 11 pt for all other pages.
- Spacing is single-spaced, with spaces after and before each page set to 0 (zero).
- Margins are as per the template: 3 cm for the top margin, 3.5 cm for the bottom margin, 2.5 cm for the left margin, and 2 cm for the right margin.
- Abstract and Keywords
- The abstract should describe the problem, methods/objectives, results, and contributions of the research.
- Written in one paragraph without citations.
- Keywords reflect the core of the research.
- Citations and References
- Use APA (American Psychological Association) citation style (according to the template).
- Minimum 10 scientific references.
- It is recommended that =70% of the references come from recent journals (the last 5 years).
- Use a reference manager (Mendeley/Zotero/etc.).
- Tables and Figures
- Must be numbered and titled, numbered sequentially from beginning to end without adding a chapter number.
- Sources must be cited if not your own.
- Image resolution must be clear.
- Publication Ethics
Authors must:
- Avoid plagiarism (max. similarity =20%)
- Include valid and accountable data
- Do not manipulate data
- Respect copyright and scientific citations.
- Review Process
- Use a peer-review system (blind review).
- Articles will go through Process:
- Initial screening by the journal manager. If the manuscript does not meet the focus and scope, or does not comply with the template, it will be immediately rejected.
- Content review by reviewers and writing review by the editor.
- If necessary, revisions by the author and repeat the review process.
- Final decision (accepted/rejected).

- Authors must register first.
- Submitted files: Main article (.doc/.docx format)
- Written according to the journal's template.
- Copyright and License
- Published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license.
- Copyright remains with the author, with publication rights in the journal.
