Abstract

In the learning system, there is certainly an assessment of how and how good the students are in understanding the material given by their teachers per semester. However, often teachers and administrative staff have difficulty entering existing grades due to technological limitations so that they still input grades manually on the paper given to each teacher in the field of study and then input by administrative staff into the system. Of course, this method is prone to human error, which also takes a very long time. The method used is in the form of observation and direct interviews by resource persons related to this issue, of course, I have also asked permission in advance from the principal of this school. By creating an assessment system that is directly connected to the system, it will make it easier for administrative staff and teachers in the field of study to input their students' grades, so there is no need to work twice and re-input existing data. It is enough to provide access to the subject matter teacher to fill in the grades according to the form given and the data will be automatically updated by the system in real time. As a result, this assessment system will make it easier for teachers in the field of study in input grades and administrative staff who do not need to work twice, of course it will also minimize human error and errors in input of existing data, especially since the existing data is important and crucial considering the grades of this school's students.
