Peningkatan Literasi Digital Masyarakat Melalui Sosialisasi Keamanan Data dalam Pencegahan Phishing dan Judi Online di Kelurahan Larangan Indah

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has driven an increase in digital activities across various segments of society. However, this condition is also accompanied by rising cyber threats, notably phishing attacks and the proliferation of online gambling. This community service program aims to enhance public digital literacy, focus on personal data security, and build capability in preventing phishing and understanding the hazards of online gambling. The method used is a participatory educational socialization approach, which includes direct delivery of educational materials, interactive discussions, and real-case studies. The activity was conducted at RT.001/RW.010, Larangan Indah, Tangerang, targeting local residents with diverse backgrounds. The results demonstrated an increase in community awareness and understanding regarding digital threats, practical knowledge to secure personal data, and analytical skills to identify fraudulent links. This program successfully bridges the gap between basic technology usage and comprehensive digital safety competence.
